HITS Training & Consulting is hosting a three day training course for all Law Enforcement K9 handlers. The 3 days will consist of hands-on tracking techniques that focus on building the skills of the dog to successfully follow tracks on multiple surface types. We will work many tracks each day with different motivational techniques so that the students acquire a better understanding of them and what works for their dog. We will discuss and practice how to advance the tracking skills of the dog to successfully follow aged tracks, contaminated surface tracks, crossed tracks, hard surface tracks, vegetation, dirt, aggregate and following multiple suspects.
